I have known Sara most of her life and find that she is smart, tenacious, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She helped us sell a high end condo that had multiple floors and limited storage. Even though it was a difficult property to sell, Sara was determined to get the job done. We were happy with the process, as well as the outcome.

Sara helped me find my current house, and was exceptionally patient with a buyer that was less than definite on what he was looking for. She always had good options to look at and was receptive to feedback till I found the perfect home to fit my needs.

JulieAnne has sold two houses for me and I cannot tell you how outstanding the experience has been! Although the process of selling a home is inherently stressful, she completely put me at ease. Her and her team knows exactly what they are doing and understands the ins and outs of everything related to selling your house. She’s incredibly thorough and everyone at Tiger Home Team is top notch! I wouldn’t ever think of using anyone else in the Columbia area.

Julie was great to work with, we were looking for a house for over 7 months. Julie worked hard for us the entire time and always made time for us. She was so helpful, she even played with our toddler during showings to allow us to focus on the house. Morning or night she would always respond in a reasonable amount of time and made us feel like we were her priority the entire time. She was also our agent in listing our old house, and we were able to buy and sell both houses within a month of each other thanks to Julie.

The Julies handled the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. They did a great job of keeping us informed and timely responding to our questions. The transaction have many moving parts, i.e., cascading home sales/purchases, three families trying to negotiate move out dates, etc. The did a great job of handling all the issues.
